GregRobert Enterprises, LLC the parent company of GregRobert Pet Store ( www.GRpet.com ) announced today the relaunch of it’s pet supply website. The upgrade includes a significant enhancement in customer navigation capabilities. New features incorporated will help customers pinpoint the products they need quickly.
Highlights of the revamp include a leading edge “Related Brand” feature. Many online retailers organize products by manufacturers and even a few retailers will distinguish between a manufacturer’s brands. GregRobert Pet Supplies has taken this concept a step further with sub-brands and related brands.
For example, many people may not know that Magic Coat is a sub-brand of Four Paws pet products. If your pet is comfortable with Magic Coat, you may also want to review related brands in the Four Paws family like Ultimate Touch or Pet Dental.
The brand connections can be complicated and confuse consumers. GregRobert has made brand shopping much easier with it’s new features. In addition to related brands, the website now boasts sub-brands and keyword refinements for quick product locating.
Along with brand upgrades, GregRobert has upgraded over 5000 product photos, added product videos and upgraded thousands of descriptions to help customers understand exactly what they are buying.
GregRobert is now asking for help from customers to comment and rate products that they have experience with. Customers will automatically be entered to win prizes for each review they submit. The review tab is located below the product image on product pages.
